Ilona has been part of the UHY Prostir team since 2014. Today she is responsible for coordinating operations, developing internal processes and introducing modern management approaches. Her main task is to ensure effective interaction between teams, optimise business processes and create the conditions for the company’s stable development.
As Chief Operation Officer, Ilona makes sure that the operating model of UHY Prostir keeps pace with the company’s growth, ensuring efficient internal processes, high quality of service and the readiness of the business to scale further.
Among her recent professional development programmes is Business Processes Optimization, dedicated to modern approaches to analysing, optimising and developing business processes.
