Viktor Safinskyi is a partner at UHY Prostir with more than 20 years of experience in audit, financial consulting and project management. He specialises in financial statement audits and in supporting international grant programmes and non-profit organisations.
Over the years Viktor has led audit projects for international organisations, charitable foundations, government institutions and businesses. His clients include the Danish Refugee Council, Mercy Corps, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, Caritas Ukraine, Transparency International Ukraine, Save the Children International, PROZORRO and many other Ukrainian and international organisations.
Viktor holds a Master’s degree in financial management and is a member of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors. He holds the international professional qualifications ACCA DipIFR, CAP and CIPA, which confirm his expertise in international financial reporting and professional accounting.
